At YJW Excellent Care, our group therapy sessions are designed to create a safe and supportive space where older adults can connect, share experiences, and find comfort, knowing they are not alone in their emotional challenges.
For those who prefer more personalized care, we offer one-on-one sessions with experienced mental health professionals who provide empathetic support tailored to each patient's specific needs. Our team works closely with primary care physicians and family nurse practitioners (ARNPs), who provide comprehensive care that includes chronic disease management, preventive screenings, treatment coordination, and ongoing follow-up care.
Additionally, we have a clinical laboratory equipped with advanced technology to perform diagnostic tests and analyses, such as blood tests, vascular studies, electrocardiograms (ECGs), allergy tests, and more, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and timely management of physical health.
